Amazing Africa ships handcrafted African products from our UK-based fulfillment center to customers across the UK and internationally.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or limited-edition items may require additional handling time.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at enquiries@amazingafrica.co.uk within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Returns & Exchanges
